This tabletop exercise walks your team through the unique pressures of a PCI card data breach, including card brand notification requirements, PFI engagement, potential merchant level downgrades, and the financial exposure from fraud losses and fines. Participants will learn how payment ecosystem stakeholders interact during a breach and practice containing the compromise while maintaining e-commerce operations.
