Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your TabletopSec kit. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition with all components included
- Contact us at hello@tabletopsec.com to initiate a return
- We'll provide a return shipping label (US) or return instructions (international)
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return
Exchanges
Need a different pack? We're happy to exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap. If the new product costs more, we'll send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your kit arrives damaged or is missing components, contact us immediately at hello@tabletopsec.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
