By accessing or using the TabletopSec website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
All sales are final once an order has shipped, except as described in our Returns & Refunds section below.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and product. For full details, see our Shipping Information page.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging
- All components must be included (dice, tokens, tray, etc.)
- You must contact us at hello@tabletopsec.com to initiate a return
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Digital Content License
Purchase of a TabletopSec kit includes access to our digital scenario library via QR code. This access is granted as a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by the purchaser and their organization. You may:
- Use scenarios for internal tabletop exercises
- Print facilitator scripts for exercise participants
- Use scenarios for client engagements (with a purchased kit)
You may not redistribute, resell, or publish our scenario content without written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on the TabletopSec website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, scenario content, and software, is the property of TabletopSec / CISO Marketplace and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
TabletopSec products are designed for educational and training purposes. We make no guarantees about specific security outcomes from using our products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabletopSec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
